Our No. 130160 4 Tab End Index Sets are sold by the Box of 100 Sets.
Our No. 130160 4 Tab End Index Set is compatible with Medical Arts
Press®' medical chart divider set 30160. Our index sets are made from 90
pound manila index stock, and the tab titles are printed in black ink on both
sides of the tab. To resist tear-out, they have mylar reinforced holes
opposite the tabs. The Indexes are collated into sets. The index size is
8-1/2" W x 11" H, plus the 3/8" tab.
Our No. 130160 4 Tab End Index Set's Tabs are laid out (left to right) as
follows: Blue "History & Physical", Yellow "Progress Notes", Brown "Insurance/Billing", and Clear Blank Write-On.
