Custom Single Index Tab - Minimum order is 250

Our Custom Indexes feature mylar reinforced holes for easy and secure installation on any fastener folder. The installed size is 8-1/2" x 11" plus the 1/2" tab (3/8" if requested).
How to Order Custom Index Tabs
To order a Custom Index Tab, 1) Select the Tab
Style, 2) Choose the Tab Cut and Position (example: 1/5th Cut, Position 1), 3)
Choose the Tab Title you wish printed on the tab, and 4) Choose the
Color of Mylar for the tab. You may send us this information by phone,
e-mail, or fax. In turn, we will set up the Tabs as you instruct and
return a Proof for your review. After Proof approval,
your Custom Index Tabs will ship in 12 working days.
