About Our Blank End Tab Indexes on Colored Card Stock

Our Blank End Tab Indexes on Colored Card Stock are on 90# colored Index paper.  They have 1-1/2" wide tabs.  Two holes are drilled at the top.  The indexes measure 8-1/2" W x 11-1/2" H, including the 1/2" tab.

We can print text on the front side of each tab for an additional charge of $ 5.00 flat, plus $ 7.50 per 100.  This cost must be added to the base cost of the tab.
