Shipping Costs shown on this Web Page are only for shipments within the Continental USA.  We do not ship internationally. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will be at additional costs beyond what is displayed on this Web Page.  You may call us for exact costs to ship to Alaska and Hawaii.

We are happy to send free samples for your evaluation.

Same Day Shipping Stock items are normally shipped the same day you order. Made-to-order items are shipped within 3-5 days in most cases. Note: Special shipping requirements? Please let us know.

Sales Tax
We collect sales tax for Washington and Idaho.

Delivery Charges - Catalog Items
Shipping costs will be added to your bill. We ship via UPS regular service whenever possible. We will ship by USPS if requested. Need rush delivery? Just ask.

Return Policy
UNDAMAGED STOCK ITEMS - May be returned within 60 days. Items must be in resalable condition or a restocking charge will apply. Please call 1-800-882-0823 for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Carefully package the item, write the RA# on the outside of the package and ship to:

DAMAGED ITEMS - Damage must be reported within 7 days.

Please check items on delivery. If damaged, refuse shipment or make damage notation. If damage is discovered after delivery, please call promptly so we can correct the problem.
